There are some new menu items being cooked up at some of your favorite quick service dining locations around Epcot!
First, over at Sunshine Seasons in The Land pavilion, there are some new breakfast items you might want to try. On the healthier side is a “Breakfast Broccoli and Egg-White Soufflé served with a multigrain croissant and fresh fruit.” There is also a “Breakfast Croissant Sandwich with eggs, bacon, and Colby Jack on a flaky croissant and served with a side of breakfast potatoes” on the menu.
Stop by later in the day for lunch or dinner to try the new “Rotisserie Turkey Breast Club Sandwich with roasted turkey breast, bacon jam, and avocado spread served on fresh ciabatta bread.” There’s also a new “Tuna Poke Salad; a noodle and wakame seaweed salad topped with tuna poke, spicy mayonnaise, and sweet soy.” Lastly, the BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich is sure to be a hit served with coleslaw then garnished with a fresh, crisp pickle.
At Electric Umbrella, guests will find a new Mojo Pulled Pork Burger, a Brisket Sandwich, and a Vegetable Quinoa Salad as new additions to the menu. The Mojo Pulled Pork Burger is served with a cilantro and lime aïoli. The Brisket sandwich includes a tasty beer cheese sauce.
The new Veggie Quinoa Salad adds a vegetarian option for guests consisting of quinoa, riced cauliflower, pickled carrots, cabbage, cucumbers, tomatoes, edamame, and agave-lime dressing.
Refreshment Port near the Canada pavilion has two new poutine offerings on their menu. First is a Traditional Poutine with hot French fries topped with beef gravy and cheese curds. A Signature Poutine offers French fries topped with Canadian cheddar-bacon sauce and cheese curds.
If you’re in the mood for something on the lighter side, try the new Cobb Salad with warm chicken, green apples, avocado, tomatoes, cucumbers, hard-boiled eggs, blue cheese, and bacon, topped with a sherry vinaigrette pictured at the top of this post. For dessert, there is a brand new Apple Pie Cheesecake and a Marshmallow Cookie Crunch Cupcake.
