The menu has been released for Tiffins and Nomad Lounge, the new dining establishments opening at Disney’s Animal Kingdom on May 27.

Tiffins will be open for lunch and dinner and is located on Discovery Island near Pizzafari. The Tiffins menu includes:

Entrees

  • Chermoula-rubbed chicken, couscous, dried fruites, picholine olives, preserved lemon, harissa yogurt
  • Berbere-Spiced Lamb Chop, mustard greens, lentil stew, tomato-mint chutney
  • Miso-Glazed Black Cod, forbidden rice, steamed bok choy, turmeric sauce
  • Pan-Seared Duck Breast and Leg Confit, hen of the woods, parsnip puree, truffle reduction, peach gastrique
  • Grilled Head-On Prawns, tomatoes, roasted fennel, olives, sea urchin butter sauce
  • Roasted Market Vegetable Curry, millet, zucchini, lime chutney
  • Wagyu Striploin and Braised Short Rib, rainbow carrot, roasted Peruvian potatoes, chimichurri
  • Whole-Fried Sustainable Fish, fermented black bean sauce, som tam

  • Lobster-Popcorn Thai Curry Soup, lime-basil emulsion, popped sorghum
  • Marinated Grilled Octopus, artichoke barigoule, saffron aioli, lemon-caper olive oil

  • Flash-Fried Icy Blue Mussels, Za’atar butter, confit tomato, Persian cucumber

Nomad Lounge will have waterfront views and feature small bites and an extensive beverage menu:

  • Honey-Glazed, Coriander-Spiced Pork Ribs
